Meditation instructions (Sinhala and English)
The main focus of the Thursday session will be an exploration of the Theravada meditation with particular emphasis on their application in daily life and preperation and instructions required for Mindfullness and Vipassana Meditation. There will a short talk and/or questions and discussion follow up with opportunities for formal meditation (with instructions)
